I have spent more than three decades leading and developing manufacturing organisations across Europe and Asia, with significant time based in China. My work has ranged from building new factories, stabilising under-performing sites, and guiding management teams through demanding periods of change and growth.
I have held senior roles with voestalpine Böhler Welding, voestalpine Wire Technology, ESAB and private-equity backed manufacturing businesses. In each case the responsibility has been straightforward: ensure clarity, strengthen leadership discipline, and deliver results.
My background is mechanical engineering. Early in my career I completed an indentured apprenticeship with the UK Ministry of Defence, followed by progressive technical and leadership roles in engineering, project delivery and general management.
What differentiates my work is execution. I help teams identify what truly matters, organise around it and follow through consistently.
